FORGE offers a range of programs designed to equip pastors with the skills and knowledge needed to lead with courage.
FORGE is a pastoral training program uniquely designed to use the model of Grace Woodlands to train pastors to build a growing, dynamic local church that will impact the community and the nation.
At FORGE, pastors-in-training are shaped by experienced pastors, bold leaders, and highly-qualified instructors who bring a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and expertise. With decades of high-level experience and education, our FORGE team is deeply passionate about training and launching the next generation of pastors —equipping them to stand firm against cultural pressures and empowering them to boldly proclaim God’s truth with integrity and strength.
Utilizing a portion of the Life Centre is a program
for pastors that will immerse them in ministry
philosophy, give them the tools for practical
application, launch them into a community, and
provide a network of ongoing training and
support as they build a church that will impact
that community.
These intensives are designed to equip pastors to build a community-impacting congregation that will be a part of shaping the nation. Using Grace Woodlands as a model, the pastors will learn how to be a courageous and visionary leader, how to build a praying army that spiritually engages the day, and how to motivate the congregation to be engaged in informed voting with Biblical values and how to raise up candidates to run for office.
